Company building is relentless. I’ve felt that grind firsthand and, after investing in and advising more than 150 companies, I’ve seen every twist it can take. I created Grandview Performance Coaching to provide the support I once craved, and the challenges and opportunities that I’ve seen while helping founders navigate their entrepreneurial journeys.
My coaching is centered on helping leaders navigate two realities. First, work/life balance doesn’t exist for builders who are “all in”. But peak performance and longevity are only possible when your physical, emotional, and relational health are in order. Second, it’s lonely at the top. As your coach, I’m always in your corner – to brainstorm, debate, tackle daily challenges and reflect on major life decisions – without any agenda other than your success.

Working with Grandview
Each partnership starts with a 45-minute intro call—your first taste of live coaching and a quick check that we’re the right match. From there, everything is tailored to you, your business, and your long-term goals.
What to Expect
- Regular Live Sessions – We’ll start with a 90-minute deep dive to clarify what matters most and then meet twice a month to work through what is top of mind for your business and in your life.
- Between-Session Support – Things change quickly. I’m available in-between sessions to talk/text when you need support.
- Confidential Sounding Board – A calm, judgment-free space to drop the armor, process emotions, and pressure-test big decisions — paired with firm accountability on the actions you commit to.
